RULES OF COOPERATION

§ 1 general provisions
1. These regulations (hereinafter: the "Regulations") specify the rules for selling via the website advertising products created to order (hereinafter: "Products"), as well as the rights and obligations of the parties in the field of concluded contracts.
2. The website is run at: www.ceva.r-shop.eu by Polibiuro Agencja Reklamowa Sp. z o.o., , al. J. Mirckiego 22/13, 41-209 Sosnowiec (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller", who is the owner of the website www.ceva.r-shop.eu and also its Administrator.

§ 2 The rules of operation of the Website and the subject of sale

§ 3 Conditions of using the Website, placing orders, conclusion of the contract, performance of services and liability of the Seller

1. To make a purchase through the Store, the Buyer should open the website at www.r-shop.eu and then, after reviewing the Products offered on the website, select the Product he is interested in and place his order using the form on the Store's website. When filling out the form, the Buyer should read the Regulations and decide whether to accept or not accept the content of the Regulations.
2. The condition of using the Website is to create an account in the www.ceva.r-shop.eu system. The account is created by the administrator at the request of the Buyer.
4. The information provided by the Buyer when creating the account should be truthful and current. The condition of the order is that the Buyer provide data that allows verification of the Buyer and the recipient of the Products.
5. The buyer may place orders 24 hours a day, on all days of the year, including Sundays and holidays.
7. When making purchases, the Buyer places an order by adding the Product presented in the Store to the basket. Each Product has available parameters that the Buyer chooses / determines. Depending on selected parameters. The buyer confirms placing the order by clicking the "Order" button.
8. The condition for the performance of the order by the Seller is the Buyer's submission of the order on the website www.ceva.r-shop.eu and acceptance of the order by the Supervisor

9. Shipping Costs  
The prices contained in the store do not include transport costs. Due to the diversity of the assortment and the possibility of ordering individual pieces, costs are calculated individually. Shipping costs depend on weight, offer, type of assortment, country of delivery.

Time limit for completion The seller undertakes to send the goods in stock within 2 business days of receiving the order approved by the Supervisor. In the case of orders below the stock level, the seller will send the goods after replenishment or partly send in batches, if the stock levels do not fully cover the quantity.
